Elite Personal Loans operates env-elitepl-compliance.kinsta.cloud (the “Website”) as a matching service that connects users with third-party lenders and lending partners in its network. This Text Message Policy explains how SMS and MMS messages are used in connection with the Website and your options for consent and opt-out.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
When you submit an inquiry through the Website and provide a mobile phone number, you may receive SMS and MMS messages from Elite Personal Loans and from lenders or lending partners to whom your inquiry is matched. Messages may relate to the status of your inquiry, the matching process, lender contact, account notifications, and related service communications. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the lenders with which you are matched.
HOW TO OPT IN
You enroll in the text messaging program by supplying your mobile phone number and indicating your consent when you submit an inquiry through the Website. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile device associated with the number provided, and that you are at least 18 years of age. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or of being matched with a lender.
HOW TO OPT OUT
To opt out of messages sent by Elite Personal Loans, reply STOP to any text message you receive, or send an email request to legal@elite-personalloans.com. We will process your request and send a confirmation. Please note that lenders and lending partners in the network operate their own SMS programs; to stop messages from a particular lender, you may need to reply STOP to that lender’s messages or contact the lender directly.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Standard message and data rates may apply to every message sent or received, as determined by your mobile carrier. Elite Personal Loans does not charge a fee for participation in the program, but your carrier may charge for messages. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
SUPPORTED CARRIERS
The program is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier network conditions and the capabilities of your device.
PROGRAM SUPPORT
For help with the text messaging program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact legal@elite-personalloans.com. We will respond with information about the program and how to opt out.
PRIVACY
Phone numbers and text-message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information shared with lenders and lending partners for the purpose of matching you with a loan offer is subject to the receiving party’s own privacy practices. Elite Personal Loans does not sell mobile phone numbers obtained through the Website to third parties for marketing purposes.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
